I recently visited the gym with a group of friends where we paid for a day pass. I was super impressed with not only the gym itself but more specifically the class we attended. We decided to go to their glute fitness class. The instructor was accommodating, insightful, and gave great tips/advice on how to perform the movements. While Carbon's equipment and aesthetics are very impressive, I joined this gym mainly for the classes. Their glutes series class is very intentionally programmed for women looking to grow their glutes. It's fun, challenging, and a great way to meet other women that are into fitness.
